Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance Office for Cherokee County E 9-1-1 performs routine audits on all aspects of call processing related to our communications center and requests for calls for service. All Communications Officers are evaluated monthly on all disciplines and receive feedback and if necessary remediation.



In 2025, Cherokee County E 9-1-1 completed 426,418 calls for service requests.
For Quality Assurance purposes those are broken down into three categories, and they are Medical, Phone, and Radio. Of the 426,418 call-for-service requests, 1,442 were evaluated.
Medical: There were 508 calls evaluated.
*Of those calls, there were several milestones achieved by our communications officers. There was a total of 21 CPR Life Saves and 3 babies delivered.
Phone: There were 453 calls evaluated.
Radio: There were 481 radio dispatches evaluated.
