Cherokee County E 9-1-1 is located at 150 Chattin Drive in Canton, Georgia, at the Cherokee County Public Safety Facility. It is strongly suggested to call ahead and arrange an appointment. When you arrive and enter the lobby, please go into the Cherokee Sheriff's Office Records Section to the left side of the lobby and let them know you are here for 9-1-1, and they will contact the appropriate party. If you do not have an appointment, you will need to wait in the lobby until a team member can come to meet with you.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. If you have a situation that occurs after hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the on-duty Communications Supervisor at (678) 493-4080.
